Petra
Distance: 30 minutes
Petra is a fascinating winery that extends over 300 hectares, including the green belt of the Colline Metallifere, the Montioni Park, the Poggio Tre Cancelli Reserve and the Sterpaia Park, overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea.
It is in this characteristic ecosystem that the winemaking dream of Francesca Moretti and her family was born and became reality.
Visiting the winery and the estate means immersing oneself in the history of a project through all its stages, from the birth of the first vines to the architectural form that has come to life from a thought of deep respect for the identity of the place.
You can choose three different routes, depending on the length of your visit, to discover the entire estate: Petra Classic, Petra Under the Tuscan Sun and Petra Experience.
How to get to Petra?
To reach the Petra Winery you need to continue in the direction of Strada Provinciale Puntone and then take Strada Provinciale Vado All’Arancio and Strada Provinciale Montioni in the direction of S. Lorenzo alto in Suvereto. Finally, turn left and take S. Lorenzo alto; you will find Petra on your left.
