CLEANING AND SANITATION:
In the absence of national or regional regulations, which indicate the procedures to be implemented for the cleaning of the flats at each change of client, we have adopted the guidelines of the National Protocol for Safe Reception to limit the spread of Covid-19 within the tourist facilities.
Cleaning will be carried out using products made up of sodium hypochlorite solutions diluted to 0.1% or 70% ethyl alcohol, as required by current regulations.
The flats will be treated with certified products such as 70% ethyl alcohol or dry mist disinfectants to sanitise mattresses, cushions, sofas, curtains and anything that cannot be washed with bleach at 90 degrees.
The flats shall be provided with bathroom, kitchen and bed linen, suitably sanitised and sealed in special blisters.
The client may request in advance the delivery of the bed linen sealed in the appropriate blister pack to make the beds themselves.
All of the above may be modified as a result of new State or Regional provisions.”
